It has been confirmed that Diablo Immortal will be released on June 2nd, according to Blizzard Entertainment. Additionally, in addition to iOS and Android, it will be available on the PC as an open beta with cross-platform play and progression. Here’s the most recent trailer, which shows the various classes fighting back against the minions of Hell.
In Diablo Immortal, the shattered Worldstone causes havoc across the land, taking place between Diablo 2 and Diablo 3. It is your responsibility, as the Champion of Sanctuary, to prevent Diablo’s troops from reviving the Lord of Terror from his grave. There are six classes to choose from Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Necromancer, and Wizard. Each class has its own set of unlocking talents and upgrades, and each class has its own set of upgrades.
When compared to the core titles, Diablo Immortal is designed to be played in shorter periods of time. Due to the MMO nature of the game, however, there are also raids (for both 48 and eight-player groups), PvP via the Battleground, and much more, as well as Challenge Rifts and Bounties, among other things. Pre-registration for future beta tests can be done here, and we’ll keep you posted with any further information.
