The F1 series from Codemasters is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most accurate representation of Formula 1 racing available on the market today. This extends to the tracks as well, with the developer and publisher Electronic Arts stating that the Spanish, Australian, and Abu Dhabi circuitsĀ in F1 22 would receive modifications to mirror their respective real-world counterparts. You may view the changelogs for each of the updates by clicking on the trailers that have been provided below.
At the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain, Turn 10 features a new layout, while the off- tracks areas at Turns 10 through 14 have been modernized. In addition to the repositioning of the outfield fences and the updating of the curve layouts, the Australian Albert Park circuit has received more detailed height and camber measurements owing to LIDAR data. Finally, on the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, the hairpin on Turn 5 has been repositioned so that there is more runoff now that the chicane has been removed.
F1 22 will be available for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC on July 1; however, purchasers of the Champions Edition will be able to play the game three days before its official release.
