It has been revealed that the remastered version of Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- will be available on the PS4, PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, PC (through Steam), iOS, and Android. It is a remaster of Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song, which was itself a remake of the original Romancing SaGa, and it will be released in the winter of this year. Have a look at the trailer for its unveiling down below.
In addition to visually striking high-resolution imagery, there will be a number of additional upgrades and “new elements.” Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song is a video game that was first made available in 2005 for the PlayStation 2 and features eight unique characters, each of whom has its own storyline. The exploration is nonlinear, however, in comparison to the first game, the images are entirely rendered in three dimensions. In addition to that, it is capable of doing rapid saves in open areas and dungeons, as well as Combination Attacks during combat, and a great deal more.
Unhappily, it did not garner a great deal of critical praise, and as a result, it had a Metascore of 58 based on 23 reviews (though the user score is slightly better, averaging 7.9 with 41 reviews). The passage of time will reveal whether or not Square Enix has enhanced the gameplay alongside the graphics. Check out the official Japanese website in the meanwhile by clicking on this link.
