The recently revealed Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City was developed by CD Projekt RED. It is a board game that has been developed in conjunction with CMON. A teaser video was shown by the corporation, in which it discusses an upcoming proposition.
CMON and CD Projekt RED collaborated to develop a board game called Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City. The two individuals came to the conclusion that the project would be best funded through Kickstarter, and, true to our expectations, we were able to easily raise the one hundred thousand dollars that were essential to putting the initiative into action.
Gangs of Night City is a role-playing video game developed by Cyberpunk 2077, in which one to four players assume the roles of vicious gangs vying for control of the criminal underground in the glittering hell that is Night City.
In Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City, not only will we have access to four factions, a large (double) map of Night City, 38 combat cards, 10 Edgerunner cards, 24 opportunity cards, 60 resource tokens, 24 action tokens, 37 history tokens, 16 drone tokens, 16 hideouts, 8 trackers, 12 bases, and 2 dice, but the game itself will also include a number of cards that are related to the story or to the game itself. Additionally, the creators designed a total of 23 figurines.
The current price of Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City is $ 110, but it is worthwhile to watch the entire campaign because it is possible that the content will be significantly expanded – as is the case with other board games on Kickstarter, which thanks to the outstanding support of players routinely receive new products.
It is important to keep in mind that the Witcher: Old World will be released on the market in the following months. During the campaign, CD Projekt RED’s position was expanded, and players unlocked a total of 71 objectives. The premiere of Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City is set for July 2023. The information from the previous year suggested that The Witcher will make its debut in June; however, the premiere is not scheduled to take place until the end of the year at this time.
