The closed network test for the console versions of Gundam Evolution will begin today and will continue until the 28th of June, according to the current schedule. The PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S can all participate in the closed network test. Bandai Namco has published a trailer titled “Game Mode Introduction Trailer” in order to assist new players in becoming familiar with the game.
On the official website, there is a form to fill out to register for the closed network test. Registrations will be accepted up to the 25th of June, and invites will be mailed out between the 24th and the 26th of June. In April, Gundam Evolution held a network test for PC, while the test for consoles was initially scheduled to take place in May.
Back in March, it was revealed that Gundam Evolution would be released. It is a competitive 6-on-6 multiplayer game where the emphasis is on completing tasks. Similar to Overwatch, players have the ability to select their Mobile Suit of choice, which opens up a variety of gameplay options. Ultimate attacks in Gundam Evolution are referred to as G-Maneuvers, and each unit possesses its own special G-Maneuver.
Gundam Evolution is scheduled to make its debut on personal computers, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S consoles at some point this year. Playing on several platforms won’t be possible, which is a shame.
