The support that Marvel’s Avengers receives is continuing, as The Mighty Thor, also known as Jane Foster, was only just added to the roster. Obviously, this is not a “new” hero in the traditional sense; rather, it is an Echo character similar to Kate Bishop in her role as Hawkeye. But don’t worry, those of you who are still playing; the design lead at Crystal Dynamics, Brian Waggoner, says that the next hero will be brand new.
After responding to a post that requested the addition of War Machine, one Twitter user stated that they would be thrilled to see a new type of hero added to the game. Waggoner offered them reassurance by saying, “The next hero is new.” In another tweet, he expressed his enthusiasm for the years to come and said that there are “Lots of heroes to contribute to our world.” There are many tales to be told.”
This is fascinating because previous rumors suggested that She-Hulk will be the next character added to the cast (which would coincide with the August premiere of the new TV program). It’s possible that she’ll get here a little bit later than expected. In any case, it ought to be intriguing to watch who the next member of the roster is going to be. Keep an eye out for further information over the next few months.
