Since the open beta for Diablo 4 came to a conclusion, Blizzard Entertainment has been talking about the game’s end game, notably Nightmare Dungeons with modifications, Paragon Boards, and other things. However, there is also the Battle Pass, which is available for each season and allows players to receive gifts after completing each of the Battle Pass’s 100 Tiers.
To advance through the levels of the Battle Pass, you will need “favor,” which may be earned by achieving certain goals during the seasonal journey. Although there is a Premium option that allows players to purchase a variety of cosmetics without paying for additional power, there is also a free track that allows players to gain XP bonuses. Around eighty hours of gameplay is required to unlock all of the Battle Pass’s unlockables, which could be a frustrating or rewarding experience depending on your goals.
In an interview with PC Gamer, the associate game director Joe Piepiora stated, “Right now, the battle pass, when you’re factoring in completing the season journey alongside doing other content in the game, you’re looking at approximately 80 hours worth of time invested to complete the entirety of the battle pass.” It can take you a little longer than that to level up a character all the way to level 100 depending on how you play.
Therefore, if you plan on leveling up a character to their maximum potential during the course of a season, you shouldn’t have too much trouble finishing the Battle Pass. You are not obligated to continue playing the game after you have completed it, especially considering that “meaty” plot updates are released every three months. “We’re not trying to say that the only way to play Diablo 4 is to engage with the endgame and level up every character you ever make to the maximum possible level,”
You are going to have to put in a lot of work if you want any of those sweet cosmetics that come with the Battle Pass. Diablo 4 will be available for purchase on June 6 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Stay tuned for further information as it pertains to the next Developer Update webcast that will take place on April 20.
