The Gotham Knights April 27th Update has been made available by Warner Bros. The release notes state that this most recent patch includes a number of minor improvements to PC CPU and GPU performance.
This update also includes the Kelvin Incident. This is a brand-new 15-floor raid that may be accessed through New Game Plus or by defeating every side villain task and opening the raid area.
There are also other PC-specific improvements and fixes included in the April 27th Patch. For instance, it resolves a few uncommon refresh rate issues. Additionally, it contains fixes for shadow casting and draw distance when using higher FOV values.
The next time you open the Steam client, this update will be downloaded automatically. Its complete changelog is included below.

New Content/Features
- The Kelvin Incident is now available! This is a new 15 floor raid available in new game plus or after unlocking the raid area and defeating all the side villain missions.

- This is a new tier of stronger gear which only drops in the raid.

- Texture streaming fix for objects in the Heroic Assault levels

- Red Hood Mystical Leap should now behave properly while playing at higher FPS
