For obvious reasons, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be the most anticipated game for Assassin’s Creed aficionados in October, but Ubisoft is also working on a large number of other installments. And while some of these, such as Codename RED and Codename HEXE, will be mainline titles, spinoffs are also in development.
One of these, Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR, was officially unveiled at Ubisoft Forward earlier this week after a few months of leaks, though some were disappointed that the Meta Quest title didn’t feature any gameplay, with Ubisoft opting to debut the game with a fully VG trailer.
Even though gameplay footage has not yet been displayed, Ubisoft has released new screenshots of the game’s visuals. The screenshots, which were published to the game’s official website, feature a variety of weapons and locations, as well as sections featuring each of the three playable protagonists: Ezio, Connor, and Kassandra. Later this year, Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR will be available for Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro.
