The premiere of Cyberpunk 2077: The Phantom of Liberty was a big event, and the studio completely rebuilt the game, delivering version 2.0 to the market. Almost all mechanics have been changed, including the police system, character development, weapon classification and scaling, as well as the artificial intelligence of opponents and the behavior of vehicles on the streets. Now CDProjekt RED announces further fixes, this time in the upcoming update 2.02.
All players should be happy that our compatriots are constantly providing key fixes to their great title. The latest update, number 2.02, will hit the servers soon and will fix several key issues:
- V will no longer die after entering Delamain’s AV in the Look at This City from Above mission
- Fixed a locked door blocking the entrance to Black Sapphire in Interregnum
- Fixed an issue where implants could be downgraded to Generation I after updating the game to version 2.01
- Fixed passive effects for gaining skills
- Balanced timers in courier missions
- Added the ability to mark vehicles as Favorites in the Vehicle Call menu
Additionally, the developers confirm that the studio is still investigating the issue whereby players on Xbox Series X/S platforms do not receive the “Quadra Sport R-7 Vigilante” bonus vehicle awarded for pre-orders. The company cooperated with Microsoft to find the cause of the problem and eliminate it as soon as possible.
I, in turn, encourage you to read our review of the Phantom of Freedom add-on , as well as the technical analysis of the PC version , where owners of NVIDIA GeForce RTX cards can take advantage of the benefits of the DLSS 3.5 technique. It adds ray reconstruction, significantly affecting the quality and sharpness of generated reflections, as well as title performance.
Have you already completed the expansion? How do you rate him? Let me know in the comments!
