From Software is certainly not idle, because the studio will start recruiting for “many new projects” at the end of the year. According to IGN Japan, the company is looking for specialists for many important positions, which is very interesting.
From Software is looking for programmers, server engineers, character designers, UI artists, effects creators, 3D artists, systems developers, animators, film or technical artists, composers and even PR people.
The creators speak directly about “mass recruitment” for “many new projects”, which allows us to assume that developers will start full production of several new games before the end of the year or in early 2024.
Players also notice an important detail – such actions may take place when developers finish all current projects and want to smoothly move on to the next one. Some people believe that this is the best confirmation of the recent rumors, according to which Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree is in its final stages and the expansion will debut in the first months of next year .
