After the widespread controversy that occurred after observing a toxic and uncomfortable work environment within Ubisoft, a group of employees calling themselves “Ubisoft is better” came out with a list of demands and conditions to improve working conditions within the company.

This group, which was formed and announced its demands 200 days ago, came out again today to announce that after this period has passed, none of their demands have been fulfilled.

The group, which calls itself “Best Ubisoft” last summer, issued an open letter to the company’s management calling for “real and fundamental changes” in the wake of revelations about sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.

It was signed by more than 1,000 current and former employees, who accuse Ubisoft’s management of making no more than a year of kind words and empty promises and an inability or unwillingness to remove known criminals.

The group has now tweeted a new statement claiming that 200 days have passed since that open letter, and that Ubisoft’s management has failed to meet any of its demands.

According to the statement, an internal video was sent to employees via email by Chief Human Resources Officer Annika Grant that gave the results of Ubisoft’s global employee satisfaction survey last year.

However, the statement claims that Grant’s presentation was largely ambiguous, as the entire survey was summed up in six points, three positive and three negative.
