Teyon can celebrate. The ratings of RoboCop: Rogue City do not prove the highest quality of the production, however, some shortcomings did not discourage players from reaching for the title with the cult hero. The publisher shared the great result of the new product.
RoboCop: Rogue City is the latest game from the studio responsible for Rambo: The Video Game and Terminator: Resistance, which has been talked about a bit more recently. Although the shooter was not appreciated by all reviewers , the Polish studio went a step further and received better ratings.
However, Nacon has reasons to be satisfied and boasts about the results of RoboCop: Rogue City. The production received 92% positive reviews on Steam, within two weeks it was checked by over 435,000 players, which resulted in over 2.7 million active sessions.
As Alain Falc, CEO of Nacon, points out, the game exceeded all expectations:
RoboCop: Rogue City exceeded our expectations and achieved a real feat when it comes to NACON. We’re really proud to have collaborated with Teyon studio on a game created by and for die-hard RoboCop fans. We would also like to thank MGM for their trust in us during this collaboration, as well as all the players who helped make this game such a success.
RoboCop: Rogue City is officially the “biggest premiere” in Nacon’s history , which should have a very positive impact on the future capabilities of the Polish Teyon. The creators have proven that they can prepare productions for loyal fans of well-known IPs, and their latest title is full of flavors and references to the series about a mechanical lawman.
Currently, no further plans for the Krakow studio have been confirmed.
