Due to the release of Season of the Haunted, the introduction of Solar 3.0, and the activation of the new dungeon Duality this past Friday, it has been a very eventful week for Destiny 2 players. Tomorrow will see the release of a new hotfix, with maintenance starting at nine in the morning Pacific Standard Time (PST), with servers coming offline at nine forty-five in the morning PST.
At ten in the morning Pacific Standard Time, Hotfix 4.1.01 will be made available across all platforms and territories. The maintenance will be finished at 11 AM PST. It has been confirmed by Bungie that this will address a crash that may take place in the new dungeon if the Sound Effects (SFX) are set to zero. At this time, it is recommended that players set their SFX to a value of 1 or higher.
Additionally, all players who are joining the top 10% of Guardian Games 2022 will now receive their own emblem, Glory’s Claim, with the arrival of Destiny 2 Hotfix 4.1.01.
This is what we know right now. A full patch note is expected to be released tomorrow after the Destiny 2 hotfix is deployed. For now, we leave you to another piece of information related to Bungie: the team will help PlayStation create a “Center of Excellence for Live Services”.
Glory’s Claim will be awarded to those players who finished in the top 10 percent of all competitors in the Guardian Games 2022. This insignia will be provided to them along with the patch. Keep an eye out for further information tomorrow, particularly as complete patch notes are made available. According to the sandbox discipline head Kevin Yanes, Solar 3.0 Aspects should be getting some enhancements later on in this season. This is in reference to the future.
