Dragon’s Dogma 2 is the long-awaited continuation of the RPG game from Capcom, which will once again take us to a fantastic world full of monsters. The game was announced back in 2020, but since then we haven’t received any specific information about its release date. Now, however, thanks to an entry on the PEGI website, we can have some guesses about it.
PEGI is the European organization dealing with the age classification of games. An entry regarding Dragon’s Dogma 2 appeared on its website, stating that the game was intended for people over 18 years of age and contained elements of violence, blood and profanity. Interestingly, the entry also included the game’s release date, which was to be set for March 22, 2024 – you can see the photo at the bottom of the news.
However, it is unknown whether this date is real or whether it is just an error or a temporary filler. Capcom did not confirm or deny this information, and the entry on the PEGI website was quickly deleted. It is possible that the organization revealed the studio’s secret too early or misled the game’s fans. This seems to be an error, because recently the creators invited players to a 15-minute show , which will be available on November 28 at 10 p.m. Polish time. The dates are clearly different from each other.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 is to be a development of the ideas from the first part of the game, which was released in 2012. The game is to offer an open world, a dynamic combat system, various professions and the ability to cooperate with other players. We don’t know yet when exactly we’ll be able to play this game, but we hope Capcom will release more information soon. Below you can see a short invitation to the show and a photo with PEGA’s blunder .
