The first For the King by IronOak Games was a real hit on Steam and one of the best turkeys of 2018. Now the sequel awaited by fans has debuted and, needless to say, the authors are in trouble.
For the King II gathered a lot of players, at the peak there were just over 28.5 thousand of them, but such crowds caused the game’s authors to break down the entire multiplayer mode. And this is one of the reasons why, out of 2,777 player reviews, the latest work by IronOak Games boasts mixed reviews with only 55% positive reviews.
The title was developed for almost 5 years, so fans expected something more, but unfortunately, in addition to a lot of mistakes, they received an excessive level of difficulty, quite poor graphics and, generally speaking, less interesting gameplay. At least that’s what the reviews say from players who decided to share their dissatisfaction with the developers.
