One might easily argue that Fortnite is one of the best games ever made. It goes without saying that not everyone will like Epic Games‘ battle-royale, but it is undeniable that the makers produced a game that has dominated the e-sports industry and remained at the pinnacle of popularity for years. Successive partnerships and outcomes are self-evident.
And even when the number of people on the servers seemed to drop dramatically, the developers handled it perfectly. When it seemed like there was no way to push Fortnite back to the top of its popularity, one simple decision resulted in the game generating record numbers six years after its debut . And considering previous results, this would not be an easy task at all.
The return to the roots, which was to present a season offering an original map from almost the beginning of the production, brought back the players’ interest. Nostalgia is an incredibly powerful weapon, and in this case it brought 100 million players to the servers in November alone ! You may like this production, it may not be to your taste, but… This result must simply be impressive. Wow!
But it’s important to remember that Season 4 will come to an end today, and gamers will be able to begin Season 5!
This week Fortnite fans broke ANOTHER record…
100 MILLION PLAYERS IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!
Thank you all so much ❤️ honestly, we’re so stoked for tomorrow and everything that follows pic.twitter.com/aCGTTIiTdX
