We’re still waiting for Sony to tell us when God of War Ragnarok will come out, and now there are rumors that it won’t come out until next year. Today, the game got its age rating in Korea.
From what the activist posted on the social networking site Nibellion on May 26, 2022, you can see that the game was given an age rating based on Korean standards, which you can see in the picture below.
We were not able to see the game’s age rating there, but we expect it to be the same as +18 because it has violence, killing, bloodshed, and other things like that.
The start of the age rating for God of War: Ragnarok, which we expect to show up in a few more regions in the next few days, shows that these countries are willing to release the game in their countries, which may be a clear sign that it will come out in 2022.
Any game’s age rating can come out two to three months before its official release, so we expect God of War Ragnarok to come out in August or September of this year.
This step comes at a time when there are more and more rumors that Sony is getting ready to hold a State of Play event for the game. During this event, more information about the game will be revealed, and the gameplay will be looked at in detail, just like with previous PlayStation-exclusive games.
Sony and PlayStation haven’t said anything directly about the game as of the time this article was written. The last time they talked about it was on the fourth anniversary of the release of God of War 2018 last month, when the game’s director, Corey Barlog, said that they would tell us more when the game was ready.
