Recently, it was rumored that the long-awaited official announcement for Grand Theft Auto 6, which was initially announced to be in production in early 2022, would be arriving shortly, with its debut trailer slated to be presented in December. This news follows recent reports that the game will be released in early 2022. Rockstar Games itself has officially confirmed that.
The firm recently issued a statement on social networking platform X to commemorate its 25th anniversary, which will take place next month. In the post, the company expressed gratitude to its players and supporters for their support and the “opportunity to create games we are truly passionate about.”
Sam Houser, co-founder and president of Rockstar Games, made the announcement at the very end of the message that the first gameplay trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released in early December, which is around one month from now. This was the big news that was verified.
Houser stated in an email that the company was “very excited to let you know that we will be releasing the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto at the beginning of December.” “We are excited to look forward to many more years of sharing these experiences with all of you.”
It is known that The Game Awards will take place at the beginning of December, but it is currently unknown whether or not the ceremony will serve as the setting for the major reveal of Grand Theft Auto 6, or whether Rockstar will choose to make the announcement on its own terms.
On the basis of income predictions for the following fiscal year made by Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, it was originally hypothesized that the game would be released earlier than April 2025.
Without you, none of this would be possible, and we are so grateful to all of you for sharing this journey with us.
