Regrettably, Hasbro, the company behind Wizards of the Coast and Archetype Entertainment, which showcased a remarkable project modeled after the Mass Effect franchise, is letting go of its staff members.
Hasbro said that in November and December, it was forced to let go of over 20% of its workforce. In the last several weeks, up to 1,100 workers have lost their employment.
In all, over 2,000 individuals have already bid Hasbro farewell this year. The business said in January that it would be terminating around 900 workers. Hasbro bragged of having 6,300 workers prior to the layoffs.
Regretfully, it seems that several Wizards of the Coast employees were impacted by this round of layoffs. Hopefully, the circumstances won’t interfere with the preparations for the Exodus project, which is now underway at the Archetype Entertainment company, which was founded a number of years ago.
