What does Heroes of Might and Magic III have in common with Wargaming ships? As it turns out, the experienced studio decided to cooperate with Ubisoft to prepare new content for World of Warships.
On October 18, an update will appear on World of Warships servers, introducing 6 iconic Heroes of Might and Magic III characters as ship commanders. Players will also check out the new map and can win a commemorative flag.
Heroes of myths and legends left the lands of Erathia to enter the waters of Warships. Six of them took on the responsibility of commanding ships. Each of them with its own dialogue path and 10 skill points to be used during sea skirmishes.
According to official information, the helm is taken over by Katarzyna Ironfist, Sandro, Mephala, Solmyr, Nymus and Gunnar. The creators also confirmed the procedurally generated map, which also received an original soundtrack from the cult strategy game.
To further enrich the upcoming adventure, along with cooperation, the game will also feature a procedurally generated map, which can be found in the armory. Directly inspired by the game Heroes of Might and Magic III, the map will be accompanied by an original soundtrack from the cult strategy game. Players can unlock its various elements by discovering hidden sections using the new in-game currency – crystals. As they travel around the map, they will gain access to new commanders and other in-game resources, such as credits, experience points, free access to a premium account and various types of bonuses.
However, this is not the end of the attractions, because due to the cooperation, a new DLC pack has been prepared, which can be found on the World of Warships and Heroes of Might and Magic III HD Edition pages on Steam.
The set allows you to get the iconic commander Sandro, along with three days of premium account and a number of bonuses, temporary camouflages and credits. Interestingly, this limited-time bundle also includes a copy of Heroes of Might and Magic III HD Edition. Players can buy it from October 18 to November 8 with a -50% discount – Wargaming emphasizes that content from Heroes of Might and Magic III will be available in World of Warships until November 9.
