Jason Schreier commented on the recent leaks related to Bethesda teams. Players cannot expect a Star Wars game from the creators of The Elder Scrolls Online. Developers are to develop another production.
Microsoft’s court case with the Federal Trade Commission revealed extensive plans for Bethesda, whose teams are working on several large productions. Players want to connect some studios with upcoming projects and Jason Schreier commented on the situation.
A Bloomberg journalist denied the rumor that inXile entertainment is developing Fallout 3 Remaster and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remaster, but unfortunately we did not find out who was tasked with restoring these projects.
Jason Schreier also confirmed that Zenimax (the authors of The Elder Scrolls Online) are not creating a game in the Star Wars universe – according to the rumor, the developers were supposed to be working on a game in the world of Mandolarian. Instead, developers create an item called Kestrel.
However, it is difficult to interpret Schreier’s words, who added a short “lol” to the news that the title was to debut in 2025-2026.
Reminder
ZeniMax Online Studios’ new game is Kestrel not the Mando MMO according to Jason Schreier. pic.twitter.com/dkROldRhO5— Timur222 (@bogorad222) October 3, 2023
It is worth recalling that inXile entertainment revealed Clockwork Revolution last year. The production currently does not have a release date.
