Recently, the first trailer for Invincible’s Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1 was released, revealing the overwhelming strength and ruthlessness of the character. While he will be arriving in November with Tremor, the next Kameo Fighter, NetherRealm Studios has also disclosed release timings for the other fighters who will be included in the Kombat Pack.
The arrival of Quan Chi, one-half of the Deadly Alliance and Shang Tsung’s best friend, is slated for the winter of 2023/2024, which may take place in either January or February of 2024. The Suicide Squad comic book from DC, Peacemaker, makes its debut at the same time period. Ermac and Homelander, two characters from The Boys television series, are scheduled to debut in the spring of 2024, while Takeda Takahashi will hit shelves in the summer of the same year.
The release dates for DLC Kameo Fighters such as Ferra, Khameleon, and Mavado have not yet been determined. It is interesting to note that Janet Cage, a version of Johnny Cage from an other reality, is featured in the line-up, despite the fact that numerous listings for the Kombat Pack still show Johnny Cage. Keep an eye out for further information over the next several months. All downloadable content characters may be purchased separately, however the Kombat Pack can be purchased for $39.99 and is included in the Premium Edition of Mortal Kombat 1 which can be purchased for $109.99.
