It’s true that the most recent update to Genshin Impact put a lot of emphasis on the new 5-star character Yelan, but now is Kuki Shinobu’s moment to shine. Today marks the launch of the character banner for the 4-star Electro wielding. A new “Collective Miscellany” trailer has been made available by miHoYo Games, which provides a more in-depth look at her talents.
Shinobu, a user of the Sword, has the ability to perform four quick strikes with her charged assault, which then unleashes two quick attacks in succession. Her Elemental Skill is called “Sanctifying Ring,” and it allows her to create a Grass Ring of Sanctification. This gives Electro damage to adjacent enemies every 1.5 seconds and follows whichever character is currently active in combat. However, using it consumes some of her health. Shinobu’s maximum health point total determines the amount of health that is restored for the character.
Her Elemental Burst is called “Gyoei Narukami Kariyama Rite,” and it works by generating a field that electrocutes those that enter it, the amount of damage being dealt being proportional to Shinobu’s maximum health. The duration of the field is lengthened if the target’s health is less than or equal to fifty percent of its maximum value. When it comes to the Ascension Passives, the first one is called “Breaking Free,” and it has the ability to boost the Healing Bonus by 15 percent if her health is below 50 percent.
“Heart’s Repose” is the fourth Ascension Passive, and it increases the amount of healing done by the Sanctifying Ring by 75%, while also increasing the damage done by 25% of Shinobu’s Elemental Mastery. Last but not least, her Utility Passive known as “Protracted Prayers” enables a 25 percent increase in the number of prizes gathered while an Inazuma Expedition lasts for 20 hours.
