Capcom has achieved some mastery. After all, what other publisher can produce such solid and faithful to the source materials renovations? When Resident Evil for the Nintendo GameCube was released in 2002, no one expected such a leap in quality and content. The title did not gain so much publicity due to the rather hermetic community of Nintendo fanatics at the time. The appearance of the fourth part was supposed to change this state of affairs. A better result was achieved only during the conversion to PlayStation 2. Today, the “new” Resident Evil 4 is available to everyone. Not everyone, however, liked the selection of the cast.
There is a fine line between constructive criticism and outright hate . There is nothing worse than opinions generating excessive hate, without proper argumentation. Thus, the profession of a critic is by no means easy. Because if you were to point out the flaws of the original Resident Evil 4, where would you see the minuses? After all, we are talking about an almost perfect game, which at the time of its debut knocked out the setting, surprised with the gameplay and addictive playability. Ratings never went below 10/9.5, and my memory is still good. And yet, every superproduction, even gilded by the media and players, is not without flaws, right? Now, he gets one femme fatale, Ada Wong. Or rather, actress Lily Gao.
Haters gonna hate
Lily Gao hid on her official Instagram profile any content containing anything from Capcom’s latest game. The internet often likes to cross borders, especially in the age of hate, as long as the content does not match the taste of “fans”. Her performance also turns out to be one of the reasons why Resident Evil 4 faced momentary review bombing. The situation is quite sad for both the actress and the creators. In the game, we can see a lot of work put into each location, animation or gameplay element. Gao also played very well, while the cut of some content was announced earlier. Ada Wong does not drop hints, does not lead Leon by the nose, and the lines he speaks emanate with sarcasm and self-confidence. Is it wrong? The allegations include the actress’s “stiff” voice, etc. Is it mandatory for a female character to lift her dress up in every game? In the original Resident Evil 4, when Ada was taking Leon to the island in a motorboat, the conversation between the two characters ended with a meaningful gesture from Miss Wong.

Another Order
Resident Evil 4 (2005) provided bonus content in the form of Assignment Ada and Separate Ways . We could discover the first one on GameCube. The second mode appeared with the release of the PlayStation 2 edition of the game. It was originally called “Another Order”. The latest information shows that data miners dug into the folders of the modern PC version of the game. Files found there include “Chainsaw”, which is data related to the demo. “Mercenaries”, so you know what’s going on, and “Another Order”. We believe that the publisher prefers this original name in the context of the new version of the game. She didn’t lift the hem of her skirt, but that’s no reason to bombard the creators’ work. Although the fourth million has already burst, and I assume there will be two more. And rightly so, because Resident Evil 4 is absolutely worth the money. Remembering the relationship between Ada and Leon from the times of the iconic RE2 and RE4, the creators toned down the old emotions. And fanatics of peeping on Ashley or Ada’s dresses always have the original version of Resident Evil 4. It’s a pity that the actress who gives Miss Wong a slightly different rhythm gets hit for it. That doesn’t mean it’s worse.
