The opportunity to fully immerse themselves in their favorite creations is a reason why many players like playing games on electronic platforms. Those who are interested desire to go on excursions in their own unique ways, but Ubisoft has chosen to affect their level of immersion. In Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, there is a large advertisement for Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Although Assassin’s Creed Mirage has just been out since early October, sales of the game have already begun. For instance, the game is available for purchase on the PlayStation Store for PLN 183.92, which is 20% less than the list price.
A quick discount on the production of the French corporation is standard, because Ubisoft quickly includes its titles in numerous promotions. There are many people who simply wait 2-3 weeks after the debut to read titles from, for example, the Assassin’s Creed series.
The producer and publisher decided on a surprising form of advertising – one of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey players wanted to look at the map, but instead a large graphic promoting Assassin’s Creed Mirage appeared on his screen.
Just got an in-game advertisement when I tried to go to the map

Gamers vehemently denounce the company for interfering with their experience by forcing a big advertising onto their screen. The fact that the player must see an advertising for a second game after paying for one already is emphasized by commentators. There is no scarcity of viewpoints calling for the removal of the manufacturing or a boycott of the French corporation’s products.
Yes, shit like this should be considered unacceptable
Of course it’s Ubisoft. The same people who added grind to their games and then DLC to reduce that grind.
Uninstall immediately
I would uninstall it immediately
Pretty shitty practice on Ubisoft’s part.
I am boycotting all Ubisoft games until I can guarantee that no ads will appear in the middle of my game. This is absolutely unacceptable. We have already paid them to “rent” their product, and now they are extorting additional funds by advertising. Unacceptable.
