In addition to the new Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games that have been added to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, Nintendo has also added some new games to the library for basic subscribers. The Super NES versions of Congo’s Caper and Rival Turf!, as well as the NES version of Pinball, can now be played through the service. You can see them in action if you watch the trailer that was released.
The action-adventure video game Congo’s Caper is a side-scrolling platformer that takes place on an island. The main character, Congo, is on an island trying to save the woman he loves. There are a total of 35 levels for players to discover, as well as different bosses. In the vein of Final Fight, Rival Turf! is a beat ’em up that, at its initial release, did not receive a lot of accolades; nevertheless, the game does at least allow for two players to compete against one another. Last but not least, there’s pinball, which is exactly what its name suggests it is: a pinball game (though there is a neat Jumpman variant as well).
The standard Nintendo Switch Online subscription costs $20 annually, however, in contrast to the Expansion Pack, it may be purchased for only $4 each month or $8 for three months at a time. It gives users access to cloud saves, online multiplayer, and free games for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and the original Nintendo Entertainment System.
