Dead by Daylight’s developer Behaviour Interactive has announced that the Haunted by Daylight event will make its return on October 18. During the event, players will be asked to complete new gameplay objectives in order to earn creepy Halloween-themed clothes as rewards.
As a part of the Haunted by Daylight event, Dead by Daylight will include strange regions called Void Zones. These are the places where The Entity sends former Survivors and Killers after they have completed their missions. When players deposit Void Energy into Unstable Rifts, they have the ability to open portals that lead to the Void Zones. When this is done, players will be able to reintroduce the rejected Survivors and Killers, which are referred to as Haunts, onto the map.
The update will also bring with it a new Tome that has been given the name Commitment. This Tome will include fresh memories for both Oni and Feng Min. In addition, performances from The Dredge, Adam Francis, and Dwight Fairfield are scheduled to be included in The Tome. By using the new Tome, players will have the opportunity to investigate the history of Feng Min and The Oni.
The Dead by Daylight event known as Haunted by Daylight will continue to be available through November 6 of this year.
