Diablo 4 is Blizzard’s latest game-as-a-service – although the game can be purchased for over PLN 300, customers can (but don’t have to) spend a fortune on various types of additional content. However, it is difficult not to get the impression that the company exceeds the boundaries of good taste by offering some elements.
While the idea of “buying armor for a horse” was mocked by fans of electronic entertainment just a few years ago, microtransactions have since become a standard component of sales, and many massively multiplayer games offer the option to purchase tiny add-ons for real money.
Blizzard is known for offering a number of DLCs for its productions, but probably only the studio’s greatest enthusiasts will reach for the Father’s Judgment Set. This is an optional package consisting of two elements – horse skin and platinum. Those interested must prepare PLN 280.
Heaven’s Gift: The Guardians claim that the steeds bred in the Fields of Judgment at the foot of the Alabaster Monastery are imbued with His radiant energy.
7,800 Platinum can be exchanged for character customization cosmetics available in the Store, and can also be used to unlock access to the Battle Pass and purchase Battle Pass rank skips.
Is making the purchase worthwhile? Although “who can forbid the rich” is a common saying, it is reasonable to suppose that certain members of the Diablo community will not be happy with such a pricey package.
Prior to recently, the most anticipated games cost PLN 259; however, now that the price has risen to over PLN 300, new titles are constantly coming out and can be purchased for about PLN 200. Some studios, on the other hand, take a slightly different approach and sell a horse skin for PLN 280 since they are fully aware of the power of their brand.
