A new gameplay trailer for the upcoming fighting game DNF Duel from Arc System Works has been made available. The many customization possibilities that will be available in DNF Duel’s Practice Mode are shown in the latest trailer for the game. There is also a training mode and a lesson available as options.
Due to the high level of competitiveness that is often present in fighting games’ online modes, developers have historically had a difficult time convincing new players to continue playing the games after they have tried them out. Arc System Works appears to be continuing its legacy of producing high-quality practice modes with the release of DNF Duel. The developer’s previous fighting games, such as Granblue Fantasy Versus, Guilty Gear -Strive-, and Dragon Ball FighterZ, all feature such modes.
Additionally, a new teaser for DNF Duel’s Story Mode was released earlier this week, providing us with a first peek at the game’s narrative. The preview for the Story Mode featured the Berserker being pursued by a troop of soldiers led by Cyrus, the Fighter getting lost in the woods, and the Dragon Knight getting hurt.
The launch of DNF Duel is scheduled for June 28, and it will be available for purchase on PC, PS4, and PS5. At the debut, there will be a cast of at least 12 characters, although the whole roster has not been disclosed. DNF Duel’s multiplayer mode will also include rollback netcode, which is a feature that was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive.
