In a new update for Elden Ring, FromSoftware has mostly concentrated on bug fixes and performance improvements. For Malenia, Blade of Miquella, the most significant issues were those that occurred when she was playing in an online multiplayer environment. The fact that she would really heal herself if another player was summoned means that she should be able to function regularly moving forward.
The last fight (spoilers below) is also affected by a flaw, which causes it to stop working under “certain situations.” Also, the duration of the Cerulean Hidden Tear’s effect has been “revised downward,” which means it needs to be corrected. There was an issue that caused bosses to die at inconvenient moments; these have been fixed and they should continue to tease you as planned.

Weapons such as Colossal Swords and Incantations have seen significant balancing adjustments as a result of the most recent update.
