In the new games in the God of War series, Kratos is played by Eric Jacobus. The actor really did all the moves that the game’s creators then used in the PlayStation and PC adventures. The most recent video shows how Jacobus became the god of war.
God of War was a huge hit in 2018, and now players can look forward to the confirmed and scheduled release of God of War Ragnarok. Even Phil Spencer, who is in charge of the Xbox brand, is getting ready for Kratos’ adventure.
Eric Jacobus showed a lot of interest in the first Norse mythology adventure. In 2016, he sent material to Santa Monica Studio for the casting of Kratos, and he was chosen to play the god of war. During the motion capture session, the actor gives the figure a body and moves it, but as you know, Christopher Judge took care of his voice.
Eric Jacobus showed that he had to record a series of attacks and that some of those moves eventually made it into the game. During the action, he even uses an ax and shows different blows. Among his props, a fake hand appeared, which Kratos thought he could use to hit his opponents.
Eric Jacobus also said that he was doing things for more than just Kratos. In some ways, the actor even fought himself.
