Cities: Skylines 2 has previously been confirmed by the developers behind Colossal Order, and Microsoft has stated that the game would be included in the Xbox Game Pass subscription beginning with the premiere. Despite this, the developer has not abandoned its city-building game 2015, which was published in 2015.
Cities: Skylines, which was made available for distribution in 2015 with the assistance of Paradox Interactive, will be receiving a fitting and heartfelt send-off from its developer, Colossal Order. The development team has disclosed their plans for the last set of downloadable content and expansion packs that will be made available for the game, which is already 8 years old.
Fans of Cities: Skylines will be able to get their hands on three Content Creator packs on March 22. These packs are primarily comprised of parts that were crafted by well-known modders within the city-building community. They include a miniature version of Africa, several sports venues, and shopping malls. The free Hubs & Transport upgrade, which will enhance the “transport system” in Cities: Skylines, will also be made available on March 22. This update will be released worldwide.
“Vacation with Us” will be the final major piece of downloadable content. Cities: Skylines will receive a holiday-inspired aesthetic treatment as part of its “mini-expansion.”
At the moment, the developers of the game are concentrating their efforts mostly on Cities: Skylines.
