What can I say, it finally took place. At this point, rumors that Persona will be coming to Switch can be found in abundance and have been for years. At the same time, demands for the same thing have only gotten stronger as more time has passed. A short while ago, it was revealed that Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal would be coming to Xbox and PC. This was quickly followed by the confirmation that ports would be coming to PS5, and in the aftermath of these revelations, the calls for Switch adaptations got even stronger.
They are true now; this much is clear. Atlus closed out the most recent Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase with the announcement that Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal will also be released for the Nintendo Switch. This was the announcement that was believed to have been leaked in recent leaks.
On October 21, Persona 5 Royal will be published on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, and PS5, and it will include all of the DLC that was previously made available for the game. There is currently no information available on the release dates of Persona 3 Portable or Persona 4 Golden.
