Steelrising, an upcoming action role-playing game of Nacon, has received a brand new gameplay clip courtesy of its developer, Spiders. The gameplay trailer for the game is called Titans, and it demonstrates both the game’s traversal and its combat systems. Have a look at the teaser down below.
The combat system in Steelrising appears to be modeled around that seen in Souls, which is consistent with the game’s prior gameplay samples. The game appears to have a parrying system that will allow the Aegis, the game’s protagonist, to block damage and instantly counter-attack. The Aegis can equip a range of various weapons, and the game itself seems to feature a parrying system.
In addition, a variety of foes from the game are demonstrated in the trailer. These foes range from magical suits of armor to clockwork guards, and even a boss that looks like a cabinet with limbs is shown.
You may get an idea of what happens in Steelrising by watching the story trailer that was released a few months ago. The trailer can be found on the game’s official website.
The launch date for Steelrising is slated for September 8, and it will be available for purchase on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The release of the game was initially scheduled to take place in June of 2022; however, the date was ultimately moved to September of that same year.
