Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty received a wide range of responses after its debut. Others harshly condemned it (especially in the PC version, which turned out to be full of technical faults), while some gushed about it. But it doesn’t appear to have much of an impact on sales.
Wo Long on Steam continues to receive a lot of unfavorable user reviews (the average game in Valve’s digital distribution system only receives 47% of them). Did it significantly affect the title’s sales figures? Given the positive initial publisher-reported findings, it appears that not much has changed. Early in March saw the release of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, which has since sold over 1 million copies globally.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty has now been played by more than 3.8 million individuals, according to Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja studio. This is most likely caused by the game’s inclusion in the extremely well-liked Xbox Game Pass program. On the day of the premiere, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty appeared in this Microsoft service.
Since its release, Wo Long has received harsh criticism for the PC version’s unsatisfactory technical specifications.
