Microsoft is not stopping and is expanding the library of its flagship service with one more production. Spirittea has landed in the service and it promises to be an offer that may be warmly received by many subscribers.
Tomorrow, a list of new products coming to Xbox Game Pass for the rest of the month should be made available, but the Redmond giant is not losing momentum, offering fresh titles. The community can talk about a really intense period.
Spirittea is definitely not another AAA role-playing game, but a lot of gamers have taken note of this tiny, independent game. The project’s developers significantly referenced Studio Ghibli’s creative accomplishments while also taking inspiration from works like Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, and Stardew Valley. They included many allusions to “Spirited Away” and “My Neighbor Totoro” in order to maintain the proper tone for the game.
In Cheesemaster Games, we take on the role of a writer visiting a tiny village in quest of ideas. When our protagonist drinks tea from an old cup and develops the capacity to view the spirit realm, the plot picks up steam. It is our responsibility to pacify the irate ghosts in Spirittea’s universe.
Spirittea debuts today on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. Microsoft offers the game in subscription for consoles, personal computers and via the cloud.
